PAINT POURING DEMO 3pm-3:30pm
Watch a mesmerizing demonstration by Michael’s paint pour teacher, Laura Stisser. Michael was so inspired by this 2016 workshop that he set up his home studio and created dozens of paintings, vases, door stops and unique backgrounds for his paintings by using this paint pouring technique.
He always attributed the success of his art to the teachers that inspired him.
Create a Dooley Canvas of your own!
Reserve your seat. Space is limited.
Learn from Michael’s teacher, Sandra Sabene.
Create a mini canvas with one of Michael’s Whimsical trees. This workshop was in the works long ago, but Michael thought it was crazy that people would want to copy one of his paintings.
Create one at the studio and let’s have fun, laugh and paint with wild colors in honor of Michael.

How does the silent auction work?
Each item has a number. Anyone bidding on items will register at the front desk. You can save time by filling out the form below. When bidding on October 29th at Liverpool Art Center bidders use the number and write the bidding amount on the bidding sheets that are attached to the item. Winning bidders can pay on the day of the event and take home the item at the time of the announcement. Please give time beyond the event’s schedule for item payment/pick up.
Payment required: Payment on the day of is required to complete the bidding transaction or the item will remain up for bid following the event.
Accepted forms of payment: cash, Venmo, credit card

Each item has an option to purchase at anytime. The buy now price is double the value of the item. Please contact the office to purchase the item at the buy now price and arrange pick up or shipping(additional shipping costs apply) All items may be received only after 10/29/2023.
