There's no right or wrong way to create in this class. It's all about the creative process and noticing how you feel within that process.
Participants enjoy guided expressive arts activities begin with plenty of support and prompts.
Each session offers new topics, a variety of basic art mediums to choose from.
Facilitators offer reflection questions that will inspire growth, connection and self discovery.
Relax as your host offers demonstrations and tips for using art mediums for “The Art of Letting Go"
These sessions offer opportunities to share with others or journal privately about your experiences.
These mindful art experiences have been offered with thousands of our customers over 15+ years and has inspired all ages to develop a self care practice around creativity and unique creative practices that we teach during every class.
