FIGURE DRAWING WORKSHOP

Iver Johnson will help you on your quest for drawing the human form.  If you are just starting out in figure drawing, or need a tune up, or are looking for some extra inspiration he can be your guide in this 4 week workshop at the Liverpool Art Center. His philosophy is to give attention to individual needs through a series of short guided exercises with a live model. Since the mid 80’s he has been associated with Open Figure Drawing Inc., weekly drawing sessions at the Westcott Community Center.  He is committed to presenting relevant topics from basic techniques on measurement and shortcuts with tonality, to tricks and tips for advance techniques such as rapid placement.

18x24 Strathmore Drawing pad, 1/8” vine charcoal, kneaded erasure.
