Optional Morning workshop with Sandra:
Level up your skills with daily sessions designed specifically for what you want to learn/practice during your retreat weekend!
Optional Afternoon Arts and Healing Session with Sandra:
Learn the art of letting go with guided mindfulness using art mediums (Sandra’s signature workshop loved by thousands sonce 2004)

If you loved creating all day you may want to share your pieces with the group and get some friendly feedback…always a healthy way to support our friends and our continued growth.
Galilee is the renovated, former summer home of the Case family. The history of the building melds beautifully with hotel-style accommodations. The second floor has seen the most work and has become one of the most luxurious place to stay on site. Almost all of the bedrooms feature their own full baths and a beautiful view. This building includes 15 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and 9 showers. The building features a piano, kitchenette, two gas fireplaces, and two covered porches. The campfire circle is located a short distance off the south porch, along the shore of Owasco Lake.
