What will you need to attend a virtual session?..
A device and wifi
Paper, canvas board, paint of any kind(watercolor or acrylic), markers, pens and anything that you can use for color on a surface you have available.
A table to work on or a space on the floor.
YOU WILL NEED TIME! BE UNINTERRUPTIBLE!
Headphones ot ear buds are very helpful.
There are no requirements or skills needed.
Everything is an invitation.
These experiences are offered by a trained and experienced creative arts facilitator. This is not a therapy session nor will anyone be offering mental health guidance in any way. Session Agenda:
Guided creative arts and healing experiences that are designed to awaken your creative spirit and ground your energy. The prompts inspire empowering thoughts and offer tips for letting go of what we can not control.
Share time and Reflections: The experience is followed by a share time as the group offers some self reflections. This final piece of our session inspires connection and a reminder that we are all on a journey that realigns us within our own personal journey as our pathways continue to cross with others who inspire and lift us up.
How do we show up in this session: Please come with a curious mind and an open heart…We can choose to step onto our path with greater awareness, a deeper sense of how we are showing up or meander through our days crossing things off our to do lists and counting the days as they pass. Join us as we slow down, realign and feel more grounded.
