What can I expect?
Each session offers guided activities for well being.
All activities are optional. Facilitators offer invitations to try new experiences.
Every session begins and ends with a self-check in so you can notice how you feel.
The studio is relaxing, welcoming and set up with all supplies upon arrival.
Facilitators offer guidance and support for creative experiences, but they are not mental healthcare professionals. This is not therapy.
