"Our results show that drumming movements can provide sufficient physical activity and exercise to improve cognitive function. The body composition of those who participated also changed more when compared to the control group. These results suggest that DCP as an intervention method can be used to promote exercise and improve the various health and cognitive functions in special nursing homes.
